Terms and Conditions for Return and Refund:

1. The customer has 3 business days to request a refund of a package or digital product purchase. The terms allowed for a request are:​​

   1. Did not mean to purchase

   2. Change of mind

   3. Not satisfactory 

2. Refund Denials: Refunds can be denied if work on the project adds up to half of the value of the package, or digital product has been accepted and downloaded. ALL DOWNLOADS are submissive to a NO-REFUND POLICY.

3. If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, a contact submission form must be sent to request a refund within the 3 business days. A response to the request will follow within 24 hours and monies returned within 5-7 business days. 

4. Service packages can be refunded up to 100% if work has not started (usually, this is prior to the Start-Up Meeting Call). Up to 90% of the total package value if work has already started in the first 7 business days. 

5. After fourteen business days of the purchase Fire Snail Press Books shall not accept any refund requests except for:

   1. Upon completion of files for publication the customer is not satisfied with the product and service, at which time a mutual agreement for 50% retainment will be made to Fire Snail Press Books for services rendered. Therefore, the Fire Snail Press Books watermark will remain on ALL files, in which publishable files will be denied to the customer.
